Jeffrey Gill provides professional contract Gulfstream pilot services through G550Pilot.com and is based in Houston, Texas. This policy describes the public G550Pilot.com website. It does not describe the AvvA app.

Information from the inquiry form

If you submit the inquiry form, G550Pilot stores the fields you enter. Those fields can include your name, company or operator, email address, phone number, aircraft or type, crew position, trip location, dates, trip details, document requests, and notes. A hidden anti-spam field is discarded and is not stored as an inquiry.

That information is used to respond to you and to coordinate availability, scheduling, documents, trip planning, and related business communications about contract Gulfstream pilot services. Submissions are saved in the private G550Pilot scheduling system. A document request may also generate an email notification to Jeffrey Gill. The public website does not publish inquiry submissions.

Optional SMS consent

The phone field does not authorize text messages. SMS consent is optional and is not required to submit an inquiry or to request services.

If you check the SMS consent box and provide a phone number, G550Pilot stores that consent was granted, the phone number submitted with that consent, the time the record was saved, the page address of the submission, and the exact consent wording and version you accepted. If you do not check the box, the inquiry can still be saved, and no SMS consent is recorded for that submission. Clicking a Call or Text link on the website does not record SMS consent.

Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Service providers may process information as necessary to operate the website, store inquiries, and deliver communications. Those providers act for G550Pilot website operations. They are not authorized by this policy to use inquiry or SMS information for their own marketing.

AvvA powers and supports this website. AvvA’s own privacy policy is at https://www.avva.aero/privacy. The public pages also load Google Analytics to measure site visits.
